COURSE DETAILS

Format:
Our 8-week course combines self-paced learning with engaging, interactive workshops. We use Zoom and an online learning platform to make learning easy and accessible from your home or office. Each week, you'll spend 2-4 hours on your own watching videos, reviewing resources, reading, and completing homework. Then, you'll join a 1.5-hour virtual workshop with your cohort and instructors. In these weekly workshops, we'll dive into the material together, practice new skills, and work through real-life case studies using group activities and discussions. You’ll have the flexibility to choose between two workshop times each session, making it easier to fit learning into your schedule.

Cohorts:

In our small cohort model, you'll learn alongside a group of peers, sharing experiences and growing together throughout the course. This supportive environment fosters collaboration, accountability, and deeper connections, helping you not only master the material but also build lasting relationships with others on a similar journey.

Learning Level:

The program is intended for people who already have a solid understanding of the Self-Determination Program, and who are looking for extra support and encouragement to get their practice off the ground. We highly recommend participating in reputable introductory trainings, such as those conducted by the State Council, prior to enrolling in our program if they are available in your area.
